Procedura convalida voti ottenuti nel periodo Erasmus:
- Lo studente di ritorno dall’esperienza Erasmus invia, specificando numero di matricula e Corso di studi di appartenenza, la documentazione completa, che include transcript of records, learning agreement e lettera ufficiale della sede dove si è svolto il periodo Erasmus, al coordinatore Erasmus del Dipartimento.
- Il coordinatore Erasmus ne discute con i membri della commissione internazionalizzazione. I membri esprimono un parere, ciascuno per la propria area di competenza. Se necessario, i membri possono richiedere il parere dei titolari dei corsi sui quali riconoscere gli esami superati in Erasmus (come stabilito sul learning agreement). La conversione del voto è fatta in accordo alla tabella di conversione dei voti Erasmus. In caso di non unicità di equivalenza di voti, si prende in considerazione l’eventuale differenza del numero di crediti e/o di contenuti dei corsi in sede straniera rispetto ai corrispondenti corsi nella nostra sede.
- Il coordinatore Erasmus del Dipartimento comunica il risultato della conversione dei voti allo studente, il quale risponde al coordinatore Erasmus con l’accettazione o meno del voto.
- Il coordinatore Erasmus comunica al presidente di CCSA e alla segreteria studenti (dott.ssa Marocco) i voti riportati da convalidare.

Procedure for the Validation of Grades Obtained During the Erasmus Period
Students returning from their Erasmus experience must send the complete documentation— including the Transcript of Records, Learning Agreement, and an official letter from the host institution where the Erasmus period was carried out— to the Department’s Erasmus Coordinator. The documentation must include the student’s ID number and degree program.
The Erasmus Coordinator discusses the documentation with the members of the Internationalization Committee. Each member provides an opinion within their area of expertise. If necessary, committee members may request input from the professor responsible for the courses for which recognition of Erasmus exams is sought (as specified in the Learning Agreement). Grade conversion is carried out in accordance with the Erasmus grade conversion table. In cases where there is no one-to-one correspondence between grades, possible differences in the number of credits and/or course content between the host institution and the corresponding courses at our institution are taken into account.
The Department’s Erasmus Coordinator communicates the outcome of the grade conversion to the student, who then informs the Coordinator whether they accept the proposed grades.
The Erasmus Coordinator communicates the validated grades to the President of the CCSA and to the Student Administration Office (Dr. Marocco).
