L’ammissione ai Corsi di Laurea in Matematica, Fisica e Data Analytics può avvenire dopo aver sostenuto il TEST ON-LINE CISIA (TOLC).
Tale prova non ha valore selettivo, ma serve esclusivamente come strumento di autovalutazione della preparazione di base posseduta dagli studenti in vista della scelta universitaria.
A causa dell’emergenza sanitaria covid-19, il TOLC standard è sostituito dal TOLC@CASA, un progetto sperimentale al quale il nostro Ateneo ha aderito e che prevede di erogare i test TOLC direttamente a casa degli studenti.
Il TOLC@CASA ha valenza nazionale per l’anno solare in cui è stato effettuato e può essere sostenuto in ognuna delle sedi che aderiscono all'erogazione del TOLC@CASA.
Le date di erogazione previste da parte del nostro Dipartimento nel mese di luglio 2020 sono le seguenti:
- 21, 22, 24 luglio 2020 due turni
- 27 luglio 2020 un turno
L’apertura delle iscrizioni avverra’ a partire dal 18 giugno. Si raccomanda di prenotarsi con largo anticipo, considerando l’esiguo numero di posti attribuiti dal CISIA.
In ciascun turno saranno erogate le seguenti tipologie di TOLC per un massimo di 50 studenti:
- TOLC-I - per gli studenti italiani interessati al Corso di Laurea in Matematica e al Corso di Laurea in Fisica;
- English TOLC-I (in lingua inglese) per gli studenti stranieri interessati al Corso di Laurea in Matematica e al Corso di Laurea in Fisica;
- English TOLC-E (in lingua inglese) per gli studenti interessati al Corso di Laurea in Data Analytics.
Chi non potrà sostenere il TOLC@CASA nelle date disponibili avrà la possibilità di svolgere il TOLC nei mesi di agosto e settembre direttamente presso le sedi universitarie oppure, se questo non fosse possibile per il persistere dell’emergenza sanitaria, attraverso il TOLC@CASA.

For admission to the degree courses in Mathematics, Physics, and Data Analytics, it is necessary to complete the CISIA ONLINE TEST (TOLC).
TOLC only serves as a self-assessment tool of the basic knowledge possessed by students in view of the University choice. Therefore, TOLC is not a selection procedure for the admission.
Due to the COVID-19 health emergency, the standard TOLC is replaced by TOLC@HOME (“TOLC@CASA” in the Italian language), i.e. a project to deliver TOLC tests directly at home.
TOLC@HOME has a national validity at least for the calendar year in which it was performed.
The test must be booked via a qualified University but can be completed directly at home. For students willing to apply in the courses of the Department of Mathematics and Physics, we suggest selecting the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli” for the test.
The delivery dates scheduled by our Department in May and June 2020 are the following:
- July 21, 22, 24, 2020 - two rounds.
- July 27, 2020 - one round.
In each round, a maximum of 50 students will be admitted performing the TOLC. Registration will open from June 18. Since seats are limited at the University of Campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”, we recommend booking in advance.
For Italian students willing to enrol our degree courses, the test will be the TOLC-I.
For international students willing to enrol our degree courses, the test will be:
- the English TOLC-I for the degree courses in Mathematics and Physics (performed in the English language).
- the English TOLC-E for the degree course in Data Analytics (performed in the English language).
Students who will not be able to perform the TOLC@HOME on the available dates will have the opportunity to perform the TOLC in August or September directly at the University. If the health emergency will continue in these months, it will be still possible to complete TOLC@HOME; dates and details will be published as soon as possible.
