Elections are open for the representatives of doctoral students in the teaching body of the Doctorate in Mathematics, Physics and Applications for Engineering cycles 37-38 and 39 for:

7 representatives of students enrolled in the 37th cycle;

7 representatives of students enrolled in the 38th cycle;

7 representatives of students enrolled in the 39th cycle;

 

Voting will take place exclusively online and will open on:

9 July 2024, from 09:00 to 13:30

10 July 2024, from 09:00 to 13:30

 

Voters, during the opening hours of the electoral office, can access the electronic voting platform directly from their mobile phone/PC/Mac. The link to access the platform will be sent via email to the official University email address. The voting procedure requires the OTP code received when accessing the voting portal.

 

Each voter can exercise only one preference.

 

Active voters (those who are enrolled in the doctoral course on the date of the elections) have the right to elect doctoral student representatives.

- Representatives of passive electors - candidates (those who are enrolled in the doctoral course on the date of publication of the announcement) can be elected.
